How do Site Readiness Levels work?

SRL 1 is screened land. SRL 5 is deliverable, power-ready capacity. Each level has documented exit criteria — informal snapshot, feasibility, binding design, reservation, energization path.

Can I specify markets or load sizes?

Yes. Share your target regions, MW band, and timeline. We match pipeline sites and can advance new parcels to your criteria.

How are sites priced?

Pricing reflects conventional land value plus the power premium for confirmed or advanced capacity, seller participation, and remaining utility work. We provide underwriting support, not broker opinions.

Do you take exclusivity?

Exclusivity terms depend on the site and readiness work required. We discuss structure at introduction — options, purchase agreements, or joint development.

What about entitlements and fiber?

Power is our focus. We flag entitlement and connectivity constraints during screening and coordinate with local partners where needed, but utility readiness is the core deliverable.
